September is transition month where mornings and evenings are cool, and the afternoons are HOT!
In this look, I did a cropped cargo pant and light-weight blouse to balance out the heavy fabric on the bottom. I finished the look with a studded flat (this kind of a shoe can dress down a cocktail mini, and upgrade a casual pant).

You're hair is SO lovely! I have had it long for ages but I feel like I'm stuck at a point where it just doesn't grow anymore. It grows so slowly that when I go to the hairdresser to get my ends trimmed I'm back to where I was three months earlier. Jealous!
