Love this time of year for one reason: 

Award season.

Some of these I was on the fence about. I loved the dresses, but didn't quite understand the accessory or hair choices with the dresses (and a couple of the dresses were a bit too much fabric or embellishment for the particular woman).

MISSES

I love these women, and usually they knock it out of the park... but this season was either way too much fabric, over-kill on the sequins, or just plain boring... sorry. But it's true.

Joe Fresh - Spring Preview 2012

Joe has done it again - love the fashion-forward looks for less!

This spring, he's included beautiful colours (bright orange - their trademark, royal blues, canary yellows, reds and even seafoam green!), really cool prints along with the classic stripes and a lot of 60s vibe.

Sadly I was unable to attend myself, but FLARE got some great pics of the lines that will be coming out in the next couple of months!

Jason Wu to Touch Down at Target

Yesterday Target released the full lookbook of Jason Wu’s upcoming line and I'm loving it. The collection is 53 pieces that includes dresses, separates, scarves, and handbags.
Wu's inspiration was an American girl in Paris and the A-line silhouettes and blouses prove exactly that.

"By working with Target I was able to create an accessible collection that reflects my sophisticated design aesthetic" Wu said. "As with my main collection, special attention has been considered into every detail and I can't wait to see girls wearing and enjoying the collection."

Take a look at the AH-MAZING looks that will be in stores soon (Target, get your butt to Canada already!).

Aren't these looks great? I can see myself in almost all of them (which rarely happens). Count me in! The best part is they range in price from $19.99 to $59.99!
