... these may be neutral in colour, but they're anything but dull. With prices ranging from $100 - $1,000, these are some of my favourite fall "gotta have it" items.
The Suede Ankle Bootie: Opt for a derby grey instead of a classic black to add a little extra to your all black look. These babies can go from day to night, work to dinner, weekend getaways to hangin' with friends. Laces can also add some fun so don't be shy to hop on that bandwagon.
The Not-So-Classic Crossbody: Leather and chain are always in style for fall/winter, and add a bit of rocker edge to any look. This crossbody can be worn as a clutch with a cocktail dress or as an everyday, street chic bag. Grab it in black and it will literally go with EVERYTHING.
The Printed Ballet Flat: Whether it's zebra, leopard or polka dot, prints are all over your feet this season. I particularly love the leopard print as it's such a rich fabric that warms up even the coolest look. These babies also have a patent leather toe for a touch of glam. They're a total must.
The Statement Earring: I was always one to invest in statement necklaces, but now I'm urging friends to invest in some wicked ear pieces. These are especially cool as they're a mix of black and gold. I'd love to see these with a hot pink dress and black cut-out sandals. WARNING: Before you buy, make sure you hold them in your hand - you don't want to get a pair that are heavier than what your ear can bare!
Polka Dot Pant: It's time to move the pattern from the top to the bottom. These sexy numbers would look fab with a bow blouse and a knit sweater, or a blazer and striped top. Whatever way you decide to wear it, these are fab finds for the office.
The Textured Peplum: Let's be honest, the peplum continue's to climb the charts of popularity so now it's time to do something truly unique. This is definitely for the more fashion-forward type, willing to take risks, all in the name of killer street style.
Tortoise Sunnies: The heat may fade but the sun sure doesn't! Sunglasses are always a smart investment as they're worn year round. I'm loving the new and more subtle versions of the cat eye... it's got a beautiful vintage appeal that I just can't get enough of.
The Crepe & Leather Blouse: I'm always looking for new ways to reinvent old staples. I get bored easily in my closet and hate wearing blouses that look drab. Insert this fabulous crepe and leather mixed top and viola! problem solved. This looks amazing with leather pants/leggings, pencil skirts or A-line skirts, layered with fitted blazers and even work with fitted turtlenecks!
Hope you're inspired! Happy Shopping All!
