SAG Awards 2013: Best & Worst

Round two of red carpet fashion hit our screens last night and I was ALL over it.

Here are my best and worst from the Screen Actor's Guild Awards:

Best

Naomi Watts in Marchesa, Kerry Washington in Rodarte, Marion Cotillard in Dior, Claire Danes in Givenchy, Amanda Seyfried in Zac Posen

Worst

Naya Rivera in Donna Karan - she looked like a booby-licious Morticia Addams (and I don't mean that in a good way...). Way to much cleavage and black draping - she's too petite to be wearing a dress like this.

Ellie Kemper in Reem Acra - love The Office but this dress has got to stop. Colour - love; draping  lace, embellishments, weird folding bow on the hip - hate! There's way too much happening on this dress... and that hair - take that poof down a couple inches then we can talk.

Ariel Winter in Alex Perry - for 15 years old, this dress is far too close to a Mother-of-the-Bride situation. You're young and fresh, you don't need to be decked out in long sleeves and 100 layers of tulle. Plus this peach colour is incredibly lack-luster.

Rose Byrne in Valentino - she normally ALWAYS gets it right. I have to say I was rather disappointed with this choice. Although this dress is beautiful, it just doesn't work for the SAGS. I will say I loved the hair, but it really looks like she stepped out of a time machine from the 1900's wearing a curtain.

Kaley Cuoco in Romona Keveza - whoa... where do I begin with this mess? It looks like this dress was photoshoped on her as a joke. The hair is bad, the length of the dress is horrendous and those shoes? I'm lost... I've seen your closet on The Coveteur Kaley... I know you have better options than that!

Tell me what you thought? Who are your best and worst?

  1. Naomi Watts, Marion Cotillard and Amanda Seyfried all look amazingly divine, agree.

I love Ellie Kemper's dress, I just wish the sash could be removed... and, oh ya... maybe she should've done a spray tan before wearing the dress, she looks like she's disappeared. To me, she's too pale for that colour.
